We were looking for a rather unique set of qualifications for a position, during a time when competition for talent was pretty fierce. It didn’t work out with that candidate, but Scott was able to come up with a new candidate shortly thereafter who worked out great. That experience really solidified what was already a very positive evaluation I had of Scott and his work.
