to make an offer. Then, when we were down to just

the line, knowing that if we didn’t hire
this candidate, he’d be back to square one

wasn’t willing to budge on this point, it
spoke to greater issues, and it would be in our

interests and insure that we ended up with the
best person for our company. It didn’t work
out with that candidate, but Scott was able to
come up with a new candidate shortly thereafter
who worked out great. That experience really solidified
what was already a very positive evaluation I
had of Scott and his work.
